How far in advance should I make my reservation?

It’s best to book as soon as your plans are confirmed. We recommend booking early, especially during our busiest seasons, spring and fall. You can make reservations up to a year in advance. Just give us a call or send an email as soon as you know the date and time of your event.

Is a Deposit Required for Booking?

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit at booking. Stretch limousines need a $100 deposit, and limo party buses and shuttles require a $200 deposit. We’ll send a credit card authorization form for you to fill out.

Do You Provide Special Event Transfers?

Typically, we require a minimum rental period for events. This ensures you have the same vehicle and chauffeur for the duration, can leave personal items in the vehicle, and make unlimited stops. This arrangement is often more convenient and relaxing.

Can I Book Just a Pickup and Drop-off Service?

Yes, for non-peak dates and certain events, we can offer a direct transfer service. This service includes a one-way trip without extra stops or detours. Any additional travel will incur extra charges. It’s best to discuss your specific needs when booking.

What Amenities Are Included in Your Vehicles?

Our limousines and limo party buses come equipped with bottled water, ice, glassware, and napkins. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks. Please note, kegs are not allowed, and alcohol is only permitted if all passengers are over 21. We recommend using small, ready-to-drink bottles to avoid spills.

What Triggers a Cleanup Fee?

If the vehicle is left excessively dirty or there is vomit not contained in a bag, a cleanup fee starting at $250 will be charged. This covers the extra cleaning required.

What Incurs a Damage Fee?

If there’s damage to the vehicle, such as broken glassware, torn seats, or missing entertainment system remotes, we will assess a fee based on the extent of the damage.

Is Smoking Permitted in the Vehicles?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. If smoking occurs, a cleaning fee of at least $250 will be charged, along with any costs for damage repairs.

Should I Tip My Chauffeur?

A tip of 15-20% is customary for good service. Some of our packages include the gratuity; if included, it will be noted on your confirmation.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover for deposits and final payments. If you choose to pay the balance with a credit card, it will be charged the day before your event.

How Can I Make a Reservation?

You can book our services either by phone or through our website, based on your convenience.

Are Car Seats Available for Infants?

We encourage you to bring your own car seats. However, we can provide car seats or booster seats upon request at the time of booking.

Do You Offer Shuttle Buses or Motor Coaches?

Yes, our fleet includes 28-person shuttle buses and larger motor coaches for bigger groups. Please contact us to discuss your needs and check availability.

What Airports Do You Service?

We provide services to and from JFK, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty, Stewart International, and Westchester County airports. When booking airport services, ask our staff about meeting procedures with your chauffeur.

How are Your Chauffeurs Dressed?

Our chauffeurs are professionally dressed in dark suits, white dress shirts, and ties to ensure they look appropriate for any occasion.

When Does My Rental Time Start and End?

Your rental period starts at the initial pickup and ends with the final drop-off.

What Happens If We Exceed Our Scheduled Time?

We offer a 15-minute grace period. Beyond that, you will be charged for additional time at the hourly rate specified in your contract, plus any gratuity for the chauffeur.

What If Our Group Size Increases?

For safety reasons, we adhere to vehicle capacity limits as per our insurance. If your group size exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, please contact us for options to upgrade to a larger vehicle.

Can We Bring Our Own Music?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own music. Our vehicles are equipped with CD players, and some also offer iPod hookups or Bluetooth capabilities. Check with our staff for specific amenities in your reserved vehicle.

How Will I Know When My Limousine Has Arrived?

Your chauffeur will contact the designated person at your pickup location upon arrival. We suggest being ready 5-10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

How Can I Contact My Chauffeur After the Event?

Your chauffeur will provide a business card with their name and phone number. It’s useful for 2-3 people in your group to have this information during your rental for easy communication.
